The only other option I know of, short of re-engineering the front
suspension for racing, is to use the GT front coil springs. They're a
little stiffer than the stock roadster springs. I installed them on my
B this past year, and am quite happy with the result.
This is also the perfect time, since you'll have the whole unit apart,
to install a front anti-roll bar, if you don't have one already.
Definitely check those rack gaiters, and don't forget the rotor,
calipers and flexible brake hoses there, as well. All easy to replace if
you're doing the rest of the front suspension anyway.
