67 B Carb Bowl Leak

To All:

I have leak down at the bottom
of my SU carb from bowl.  Where
the jet pipe comes out from
the bowl going to the carb itself.
The carb is a HS-4 on a 67 B.

Does anyone have any ideas how to seal
it so that gas does not come out around
the nut.  The little o-ring inside does
not work well at all.

I was thinking of using some Permatex
non-harding kind.

Any ideas accepted.
