Jeremy,
The conversion from rubber bumper B to RV8 is in the August 1994 issue of
MG Enthusiast.
The donor car was a body shop courtesy car and was used to demonstrate
the specialist skills of the firm at a car show, so it was a one-off.
They used a grey leather kit from Moss and a custom rosewood dash which
extended halfway across the dash unlike the RV8. The windscreen and
window surrounds were painted in a graphite color aswell as the wiper
assembly. To avoid being called an RV8 clone, they used a 1950cc stage 2
engine with twin SU's. Lowered a bit with RV8 rims and looks fantastic
besides the Citron yellow they painted it, however they did that to bring
attention to the car.
Cheers,
Steve
