Hi all, In taking apart my steering column, I found that the felt bushing at the bottom of the shaft was missing. According to Haynes, prior to fitting a new felt bushing, the felt should be soaked in "graphite oil" for 4 hours. Question...I can't find any of this oil. Any suggestions? Bruce Durgin '64 B |
