Californis smog.

     I have recently relocated and have brought my baby with me.  1971 
     MGBGT.  In Oregon, even where one has to DEQ a 71 is exempt.  Now that 
     I am in the bay area I would like to get here Californis street legal.
     Literally all of the emmisions equipment has been removed and plugged.
     I have sourced a number of parts, smog pump gulp valve the air 
     rail,but I need advice , help whatever.  I am in the south bay-silicon 
     valley area.
