Wes,
One other sticking brake suggestion.
Are you using Silicone Brake fluid? If so, your master cylinder bleed 
hole is blocked due to swelling of the cork gasket behind the push 
rods at the front of the cylinder. Trick is to trim the gasket so the 
piston comes all the way forward and allow the brakes to fully 
release.

It happened to me,
