If you are balancing the rotor, then moving the tire to the rear, how is it still in balance? Doesn't the two cones approximate the mounting of the wheel on the hub? Personally, I will take the computerized method over a rough balancing by hitting it with a hammer and trying not to get it to rotate. But then, to each his (or her) own. If you are satisfied, then that is all that matters. |
