Unfortunately the reason we have to put up with the idiots IMHO is what 
do you expect for the pay the owners are willing to give them?You are 
not going to get good employees at minimum wage.I would be willing to 
pay more for the tires to get better qualified employees.Like the old 
saying goes "you gets whats you pay for"
