Jim- Could be the voltage stabilizer on firewall ( turns 12V power on and
off about 3 times a second to stabilize the gauge readouts), fuse, or ignition
feed. First check the fuse block on the passenger fender engine compartment.
Assuming that's good to go, then with ignition on, and lights off, check for
voltage using a 12V test light on the green wire to each of the gauges. If
you have voltage swinging from 0-10V or more, you prolly have a ground
interupted. If no B+ voltage, then check the input wire on the stabilizer
located on
firewall about behind the tachometer. You might want to take the tach out (
push in hard and twist L or R 60* or so to hit he bung hole and slide the
