I'm hoping that with all the V8 conversions going on, someone will have an
HS6 float bowl top/lid they can spare for a couple of dollars.
I accidentally snapped one of the float bowl pivot support posts and could
really use a replacement. This is one spare I don't have laying around.
The ideal float bowl lid would be as follows:
With the float hinge pin posts on the left side of the cover and facing
down, the cover will have a fuel nipple pointing to the right and one
pointing straight back at you. The screw holes will be on the left, right
and top.
Yeah, that's a bit confusing, but in reality, I could make just about any
cover work, as long as it has two hinge pin posts, not one intact and one
broken off. =(8^0)
