All those number seem to be inline with the Haynes rover manual. Except
that they recommend torquing head bolts 1-10 at 70lb/ft and 11-14 at 55lb/ft
11-14 are the row of bolts on the very bottom
> Main bearing cap bolts: Nos 1-4 - 53lbft
> Rear - 68lbft
> Con rod cap nuts - 33lbft
> Cylinder head bolts - 68lbft
> Rocker shaft bolts - 28lbft
> Flywheel bolts - 55lbft
> Oil pump cover bolts - 13lbft
> Oil pressure relief plug 33lbft
> Timing chain cover bolts - 23lbft
> Crankshaft pulley bolt - 150lbft
> Distributor drive gear to camshaft bolt - 43lbft
> Exhaust manifold bolts - 13lbft
> Induction manifold bolts - 28lbft
> Induction manifold gasket clamp bolt - 13lbft
> Carb adapter nuts - 18lbft
> Water pump bolts: 1/4 UNC - 7lbft
> 5/16 UNC - 17lbft
