Assuming you've tried refilling the tank (sorry...), connect 12 V to the
gauge (from any green or brown wire) and see what it does. If it reads
"full", you probably need to look at the sender. The sender sometimes has
intermittent problems which may be cured by hitting a bump on the road (dust
from the insulation falling out from between the wires and the sliding
contact).
