Searching for partially completed MGB-V8 conversion

Hi, fellow listers. I've been looking for a MGB-V8 project to complete here in
southern California but to no avail. But I have found a couple of promising
candidates on the "right" coast. Would anyone within striking distance of Fort
Pierce, Florida, be willing to check out these cars for me? I'd really
appreciate it.
