The 300 heads will lower your compression to about 8.00 : 1, fine if you are
running a supercharger or only have 82 octane gas to burn. They also have a
larger combustion chamber diameter than the 215 block, introducing a "step"
which will defeat an otherwise well designed combustion chamber.

Unless you are boring & sleeving the engine to 5.0 L, sell the heads to
someone who is, or save them for your future 5.0L project.
