I would tend to agree with the nay sayers about converting an MGTD to a dual
brake system. The modifications whatever they are will introduce new and
unproven engineering that may in itself have its own problems and
reliability issues. Just stay with your stock system, make sure your hoses
are in good shape and check the brake fluid level every so often to verify
no slow loss of fluid from a wheel cylinder or master cylinder.
