Terry,
How about a Volvo engine conversion with overdrive transmission? That
way you can actually climb hills without losing speed.
A friend's car has this modification, which is surprisingly unobtrusive,
and makes for a sweet car. It all depends on how far you want to go.
I'll bet that any one of you who drove it and who likes to drive their T
series car a lot and for long distances would be convinced.
