The head studs are 10 mm diameter, 1.5 mm thread pitch. I'm all in favor
of using the correct tool for the job, but unless you're going to need
that 10mm X 1.5mm extractor an awful lot it isn't worth buying. Since the
stud is a throw-away anyway, just use Vice Grips to unscrew it. To screw
in the new stud, lock two head nuts together on the stud and use a wrench.
