Hi All:
As I mentioned last mounth or earlier I got the
wheels to turn on my TF1500 (Cedric). Last week my
son finished the work platform we will have the car on
when we work on it. It is now on the platform and I
went to squirt WD40 in to ;the cylenders and found
that the engine is not frozen but will easly turn over
(no plugs). I suspect I will spend the winter with
the carbs on the bench as I am sure they are frozen.
I will be able to post pictures soon.
On another track my son is certain we can get a
"new" engine and I have tried to perswade him that the
existing block is fine, the crank is neary new but the
rings and pistons are toast.
