Terry is right. But the drill/cable rotation is counter-clockwise. A #2
robertson square drive bit in the drill will work, but a bit sloppy.

Yes, Jon, because of the escapement mechanism in the chronometric tach, it
cable must turn to reset to zero....you can do this with an electric
drill........
