Bob: My brother's TR3 has the pipes running to the air cleaner mesh. It has air cleaners similar to the MGA. If the carbs overflow, the fuel gets sucked into the engine. But I just realized that the TR3 uses a mechanical pump. You wouldn't want to run the hoses the same way with the MG's electric pump which pumps whether the engine is running or not. Blake |
