Hi Gordon, Thanks for your note as I have been trying to find out a little more about Bob Schapels seal. Somebody gave me a copy of the installation instructions but I do not understand how the seal carrier is fitted to the rear main brg cap. It seems like the bearing cap is machined to create a location for the seal carrier, if so is the block machined with main bearing cap attached ?. Also the cost you mention is that $A?.
