Bobby;
Try a thin film of Permatex "Hylomar" sealant. The trick is to tighten the
sending unit screws only until they are snug without distorting the mating
surfaces.
Apply a little sealant to the screw threads of the unit also, They do penetrate
onto the tank and some seepage may occur around them.
