Confusion confusion!!
Saw your note and thought a trip to the garage would be a nice thing to do. A 
quick check shows our 
TC (4416) has a guage the same as described by Lew.
Part - 45854, is marked LBS. PER SQ. INCH across the top, British 
Jaeger about in the middle, is 0 - 160 lbs
marked out in two pound increments, and uses a double line script 
for the numerals (hollow strokes) and for the word OIL. It uses a 
solid script for other lettering.

I think it is original but???
