52 MGTD for sale, N. CA

Hi all,

Saw a MGTD for sale in Redwood valley, CA.  It had some unusual mods on
her.  The badge was removed and said ff.  The wheels had this too. 
Could it be a replicar?  Didn't look like it.  It was a front engine
car,  But the rear axle was wrong too.    Also it had tube shocks in the
front.
