Dennis, please don't sell the car piece by piece as if you do we will lose
another TA. . I have just done the reverse by building a TC  from pieces
and it is a lot of extra work as you have to source all the small bits and
pieces.  
Normally, you would sell the car as a complete car, but in pieces, or
baskets, hence the term "basket case'.   The new owner trucks it away on a
trailer. I have bought many basket case MGs and have been instrumental in
building several cars from pieces. 
Save the MGs, the queen can look after herself..
BTW, where are you and what state is the car in??
