Join the crowd! This is one instance of MG having a design aberration. It
can be done with the rad and pump in situ - believe it or not. The trick is
to trim the hose to minimum length while ensuring adequate area for the
clips to clamp it in place. Remember there is virtually no movement between
the
rad and water pump when the car is being run so, as long as the hose is just
clamped, that's enough. Use plenty of soap for lubrication, keep calm, take
a deep breath and use guile to GET THE BLOODY THING ON!!
