This is a perfect example of the SCTA "Paper Tiger" that these people
make fun of by ignoring the officials.
There's no consequences, so screw what SCTA says, I'll do what I want
to do is their attitude.
Delays like this can be eliminated by sending the cause home. People
who can't obey the rules are a safety hazard and shouldn't be on the salt
under ANY circumstances.

This year we added a new 1 to 2 mile timing trap
