If there is a dissimilar metal combination it is a good idea to
electrically insulate one from the other. Simply anodizing the aluminum
is one approach (specifying a color looks trick). Never- Seize is
something I use on stainless bolts; it prevents galling & seizing and
helps with the electrolysis problem. Most copper washers have an
equivalent made in soft aluminum.
