Turbos that size are turning about 50 or 60 thousand RPM. But some smaller 
units will spin twice that, around 120 thousand RPM. You can look at a 
compressor map for a given turbo and see how much air it flows at what RPM. 
Just don't 
try to use it as a salami slicer
