you can also step turn it and use a rough bastard file to blend the steps .

CAUTION  when using a file make sure it has a handle and make sure you do 
NOT  stand with your body behind the file , stand to one side or the other 
and beware of the chuck jaws catching your thumb ( dont ask how i know this 
lol )
