Those cars did not have anti-lag. Almost all of that vintage just had sloppy
fuel control as they were too linear in the RPM curves.. trust me on that I
have worked on a bunch of them. When you put modern electronics o them give
them a proper tune-up they are faster with no flame at all. Funny a lot of
the vintage guys insist I reinstall the flames, so the car looks
historically correct. The extra fuel on it's own will not do the anti-lag
stuff and the modern turbos for road race really don't need it.
