Ok, I grew up thinking that there were two measurements that defined the wheel base and width of the chassis and tires on the grouns. Wheel base was obvious to me, but the other one I have always called "track" is the measurement ofrom one tire centerline to the opposite paired tire. The rule book call this "Tread" (2.H). I always thought tread was the width of the tires gripping surface. Go figure... comments? Mayf, out in Pahrump |
