IF it met the safety requirements it may be allowed to run. When Mike Corbin
ran a electric bike in the 70's he ran time only because there wasn't a
class for it. A fully enclose driver on a sit on bike is directly a safety
issue. Tail sections beyond the rear tire are safety issues. Full coverage
of front wheel is safety issue. These are all items that are limiting
innovation in the motorcycle classes and have been shot down for rule
changes year after year after year.
If thats the case and it is allowed I could care less about records, i just
want to go fast, or be the fastest so now there is a possibility to build a
bike for TO only and have all these items... MMMM. Can't wait for the
outcome on that decision.
