A 1-1/4 in.OD Dia.X the width of the tow strap is recomended. If it's around
anything where it can chafe the tow line should have a leather sleeve to
protect the tow line.
Remember the tow line can have considerable stretch and this should be
allowed for if the tow line is inside a tube.
