Another interesting sidelight to this chute discussion is how much pull is
your car going to have on the attaching point.
In my car's case it has seen a worse case example of 2.3 G's last year....
which means that the point at which this thing is actually pullying on the car
needs to be strong enough to take many pulls with at least twice that much
wieght..... 2250lb car.... times 5 g's? hmmm 10,000lbs of pure tension
strength?
