Push to Pass

This would most likely be a button to over ride the waste gate in a turbo
car. it  closes the gate and boost goes to the moon.. and yes it is old
tech.. Even if there is a blow off valve it will probably over power it for
some amount of time, no doubt long enough to pass a car.

This is what I thought, by pass the waste gate. It is loaded for 60 seconds,
if you use your time allowance before the end of the race then you don't have
any extra boost left.
