I hear a lot of words about kids and street racing. Much hand wringing,
political posturing and nothing effective is done.

The same problem existed when I was a kid. A Pomona Cop went
to the city and said "We need a safe place for the  kids to race."
They set up a Drag Strip.
Problem solved.

Why can't/won't people see if history will repeat itself?
