Hi Dave
 What I  meant was TC might improve the average speed hence a low ET between 
two points. I want the max speed exiting the 4th mile. The highest average 
speed in the 5th mile (A Low ET does not guarantee the fastest exit speed) 
150mph 
was the fastest calculated 1/4 speed once upon a time. Speed is our goal not
