Bob,

My former push truck was a '68 (mostly the same thru '72) and it had a two
piece driveshaft with a slip yoke at front. It had a three-speed originally
and then I put in a turbohydro 350 automatic. It was a 3/4 ton truck. I
don't know how this would apply to what you have, but at least it shows that
some twopiece driveshafts used a front slip yoke. Good Luck!

David

Looks like my camaro project car might be sold so looking what I will do.
Looking at 70's chevy pick up as the motor and running gear from the camaro
could go in there. My question is has anyone used a super T10 with a 2
piece drive shaft. How did you deal with the original having a bolt on
trans yoke and the super t10 a slip only. Looks like the length is too long
for a 1 piece so any info would be great.

Bob
