I'm reminded of the great Bert Munroe (sp?) link provided on the List. Bert
used old unearthed cast iron gas pipe to make his cylinders, thereafter
sweating aluminum rings around 'em for cooling fins. He certainly subscribed
to the aged material for reduced stress theory....BJ in Beantown, where it's
pouing from remnants of that Guam typhoon if I'm not mistaken.
