  Engine has EFI.  Tank is higher than the Fuel pump.
  I think I will confirm that even at a slightly positive pressure
  in the fuel tank, the pump does not pass fuel.  If so, I'll use
  electrical cut-off to the pump as a fuel shut off.  (Including,
  of course, a master electrical off switch).
  Then I'll check with an inspector and see if I need to add
  an additional on-off valve.
