Rich,
I would look into the cooling characteristics of each setup. If you are
building something to run for fun, it is nice when it lives a long time, and
good cooling is a must at Bville. Maybe the 400 will cool just as well, but
if it has siamesed cylinder bores or thin cylinder walls, the 370 might cool
better. My mind is stuck in SBC land though, so if you're using some other
kind of engine, none of this may apply. Good luck and have fun with whatever
