Dave At this juncture I ain't fer or agin it. I just think it's un-enforceable in it's current format. And maybe un-enforceable under any format. Perhaps the best thing to do is ban electronics and data accusation from Vintage/Nostalgia/Classic vehicles and let the rest try and run as fast as they can.
