Doug, I believe that the motor in the roadster was a 302 ford that Roush Racing built. It was one of their Trans Am motors and made about 620 HP. I heard it was leased and it cost a lot. One of the other Dougs > Paul, > Bobby Unser comes to mind first. Several years ago (1993) he did a > "rent-a-ride" in Benhams Modified Roadster with a "D", gas burning SBC > prepared by some "big-name" engine builder.
