Howard, The cause of death is not important to me. What I want to know
is did the belt or harness break? If so where and why? I have seen guys
take and old set of that had been left outside for years in the sun and
rain and use them for a tow rope or to lift and engine. Belts do not
break. I know they have to cover their ass but I think we should be able
to get enough information so that we don't have a repeat of the
