Keith, it's not that wierd a thought, I've been dwelling on the same subject
all morning with reguards to my liner project,I'm far from an expert,but it
occured to me that the placement of the exhaust outlet could have more
relevance than at first glance.I would have thought that a rear exit would
give minimal thrust advantage and you may run into problems with the tuned
length of the exhaust, using it as trip fence might work, look at the upward
facing outlets on f1 cars, downward thrust or trip fence? there's more to this
than meets my eye.
