Guys, let us face the facts. There really isn't any way to come up with
a "factor" that will be viewed as fair by all concerned. Someone has
suggested a separate class for the rotary engine and that is the only
way that everyone will buy in.
I can look back over the years at supercharging and see how things
progressed. You just cannot fairly put a normally aspirated engine
against a blower. Even the handicapping was always in flux. We now have
separate classes, the only fair conclusion. I believe that is the only
remedy for the issue at hand.
