Gee Mayf, I sure can tell you are retired from
the feds.  A federal program to do that would
take much longer than ten years and would exceed
budget by at least 600%  I guess now that you're
a "free agent" you can do it in much less time. 
ha ha ha

Just kiddin, I'm retired from the feds too.
