The fanbelt for a 100 should be 3/4" wide and 1/2" deep in a V shape. 3/4" =
wide (19mm) is not a currently standard metric size. I've just bought a rep=
lacement=C2=A0 belt from one of the usual UK suppliers. It's 22mm wide and =
doesn't sit in the pulleys properly. I then went to another supplier who cl=
aims to be selling the correct width belt. It turned out to be exactly the =
same 22mm size. I've researched this, and these belts are standard modern m=
etric size "C". The belt that came off my 100 ( it had been there for at le=
ast 20 years and 12000 miles) was a B1130 B43 belt, 17mm wide. It sat sligh=
tly low in the pulley grooves, but was much more flexible than the 22mm bel=
ts and was altogether a better fit.
What are others using for their 100 fan belts? Note I don't want to convert=
 to narrow belts and pulleys.
