I put BJ8 front brakes on my 100 with the standard rear brakes. I used the t-piece from a Morris Mini Cooper which has a built-in reducer in place of the A/H diff-mounted one. Worked well with no locking up of rears John Rowe Qld Australia -----Original Message----- From: Healeys [mailto:healeys-bounces@autox.team.net] On Behalf Of Bluehealey Sent: Monday, 25 March 2019 6:04 PM To: Bob Haskell Cc: Healey List Subject: Re: [Healeys] Brakes -rear wheel cylinders A big Yes! The rears are over braked with the big cylinders. The line pressures are higher with discs and it becomes easy to lock the rears on 1â?? cylinders. BMC knew what they were doing.
